Exploring Mission of Faith Food Drive
Our mission at MOF is to extend a helping hand to our underserved communities local and in the inland empire as we are stretching our reach to assist people who are in need due to low income, homelessness, food deserts or simply put having a tough time with essential needs we are there to supplement that. According to USDA about 12.8 percent (17 million) households in the US were food insecure and according California association of food banks “As of October 2023, over 3 million households in California, including over 1 million households with children face food insecurity.” This is not even scratching the surface so we have decided through our organization to take the initiative and help combat this disheartening information by using our church’s resources and take care of our communities one family at a time. Charitable Donations are warmly welcomed and volunteers are received with open arms.
We are also pleased to announce that not only will we be servicing the Santa Ana communities but we will be extending our reach even further into our inland empire community. We have been inspired to have a permanent food drive extension program servicing the people of San Bernardino and surrounding areas! We are working busily to announce a set schedule for the Mission of Faith IE Food Drive Ext. Program.
